Is the site visit free?
Yes. We come out, see the space and talk it through with you at no cost, then send a written proposal.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is different, so we price after the site visit. Your written proposal sets out the labor and materials line by line. Sharing a budget range when you contact us helps us arrive prepared.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
No. A number given without seeing the space isn't useful to you. We'd rather come out and give you a price you can rely on.
What work do you do?
Interior and exterior painting, flooring and tile, cabinets and countertops, trim and finish carpentry, landscaping, and listing or rental refreshes.
Do you do plumbing, electrical, roofing or structural work?
No. We focus on painting, finishes and landscaping. Work that requires a licensed contractor is outside what we offer, and we'll tell you at the site visit if your project needs it.
What happens after I send a project inquiry?
We review your details and call you to arrange the site visit at a time that suits you.

Tampa and the surrounding Hillsborough County communities, including South Tampa, Davis Islands, Westshore, Westchase, Carrollwood, Brandon and Riverview.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
Yes, in most cases. We'll talk through the schedule and how to keep disruption to a minimum before work starts.
How do payments work?
Your payment schedule is set out in your written proposal, so you know exactly what's due and when before any work begins.
Do you work with realtors and landlords?
Yes. We work with homeowners, realtors, landlords and property managers.
